Vienna,Virginia-based Surefire Local, a company that manages a SaaS-based marketing platform to help small- and medium-sized businesses grow, is looking to hire a partner marketing director. The position is full-time and based in Northern Virginia.

The person in this role will be in charge of leading all partner marketing efforts for Surefire Local, which includes creating media campaigns, launching strategic initiatives and “bringing creativity and energy to develop and implement co-marketing programs.” This employee must be comfortable working with the company’s brand partners in home improvement, pet services, health and wellness, and other industries.

The 1776 at Greencourt Innovation Center (GIC) location in Bethesda, Maryland, is looking to hire a campus manager and campus director. The prominent incubator and coworking network announced its North Bethesda location in July.

The campus manager will manage daily activities at the 1776 GIC location, including supervising the space, conducting campus tours and onboarding new members. Candidates must have a bachelor’s degree in business, marketing or a related field, have three to five years of experience in office management, and know how to use CRM and invoicing systems. The person in this role will report to the campus director and supervise any additional staff.

The campus director will act as the “primary operations, analysis and reporting lead” at the 1776 GIC location. The employee in this role is expected to manage all campus staff, be the main point of contact for any stakeholders, clients or sponsors, and be able to manage all financial and operational aspects of the campus. Candidates must have a bachelor’s degree in business or a related field, have more than seven years of experience working in small business, and have a strong understanding of the local entrepreneurial and innovation industries. This person will report to the 1776 chief of staff.

Reston, Virginia-based Dev Technology is hosting a job fair and open house on Nov. 21 to feature its open positions for full-stack cloud developers, Java/open source developers, project managers, systems engineers, and more. The tech company provides IT services and solutions to government entities. Dev Technology has more than 20 open positions across its D.C. and Northern Virginia offices.

Those interested in attending the job fair and open house can register and upload their resume ahead of time.

One of the open positions in D.C. includes a workflow developer/administrator, who will be responsible for developing and implementing processes to support SharePoint collaboration solutions. This person should have a bachelor’s degree and a minimum of 10 years of IT experience.
