If you’ve got a love for the Blue Hens (not an official requirement, but it can’t hurt), a bachelor’s degree and experience in event production, the University of Delaware is looking for someone like you to be its new Assistant Athletic Director of Game & Fan Experience.
Basically, this job is all about making sports events fun for the fans, from tailgate events to entertainment, contests and promotions, managing the videoboard, and coming up with new and innovative ways to keep fans engaged.
This position is under the general direction of the Associate Director of Athletics for Marketing and Engagement, is hands-on and requires working evenings, weekends, and holidays. And, yes, that includes overseeing the halftime shows. You think you can do better? Here’s your chance.
