If you are reading this, you know it’s tax day Wednesday. Either because you already knew, or because we just told you.

And whether you messengered a meticulous spreadsheet of expenses and color-coded receipts in chronological order on January first, or spent the last 24 hours cursing under your breath at the financial succubus that is TurboTax, all that matters is you did it.

The News

Job fair alert! INTER/VIEW Virtual, organized by Technical.ly sister site Generocitywill take place on Wednesday, July 22, from 9:30 a.m. to noon EST as part of the all-virtual Philly Tech Week 2020 presented by Comcast. Featuring panel conversations, lightning round chats and a dedicated expo area, attendees can meet with some of Philly’s top mission-driven organizations.

Run a comb through your ‘do, people, this is not a drill. If you currently find yourself unemployed and in need a new headshot, Don Mann PhotographyInc. will be snapping free shots from 10 a.m. to 7 p.m. on July 22 in Wilmington at the Christiana Mall. In Philly, you can grab them at MHamiltonVisuals Photography Studio in Germantown.

In other event news, PTW2020 is teaming up with the heads of Nerd Street Gamers and Balti Virtual to host, for the first time ever, the Gaming as a Social Movement event, featuring convos with local industry leaders and a friendly match of Rocket League at 1 p.m. EST on Thursday, July 23.
