We’re so excited about NET/WORK Baltimore, Technical.ly’s tech jobs fair being hosted this Thursday, March 14.
We’re bringing together about a dozen growing tech companies in the region, and now is a prime opportunity for you to recognize some of the interesting bits that make these companies unique and plan who you’ll want to rub elbows with.

Here are a few fun facts about each of the companies you’ll find at the jobs fair on Thursday (but of course, the most fun fact of all is that they want to meet you!):
1. 14 West
Media and direct marketing pros, 14 West has a campus of unique offices spread throughout Mount Vernon. Word is that its annual holiday party is so epic that people have been caught sneaking in.

2. Asymmetrik
The name of this software development and data analytics company was inspired by the concept of asymmetric contribution — “the idea that minimal (but extremely talented) resources and unconventional approaches can bring about inordinate progress.” This team is, like, really smart. We also shared a preview of their new office space in December.

3. BurnAlong
This platform enables people to take fitness, health and wellness classes on demand (and invite their friends and family to join remotely).

4. City of Baltimore
The city government is focused on growing Baltimore’s tech industry and workforce through the Digital Transformation Strategic Plan, launched in 2018. Be a part of the change.

5. Facet Wealth

This healthcare consulting firm has been rated as one of the top 100 Healthcare IT organization by Healthcare Informatics.

According to its website, employees at this technology innovation agency consumed 156 pounds of snacks last year. We fully support this culture.
