Our award-winning specialized team is searching for an Ad Operations Manager to join our Revenue Operations team and Publisher Support teams.  We are looking for someone who has a passion for ad trafficking, optimization, number crunching, customer service, and has a mastery of Google Ad Manager.  This position will own the trafficking and campaign management of all third-party vendors.  This vital role ensures maximum publisher revenue, as well as provides excellent customer service.

The Ad Operations Manager will report directly to the Chief Operations Officer and Manager of Revenue Operations and Publisher Support.  The position is mostly remote work, with small in person meetings. Our ideal candidate should come ready to serve an integral role in our day-to-day operations, provide valuable data insights, be extremely detailed, and have a passion for high-touch customer service.

Requirements:

  • Mastery of Google Ad Manager with multiple years or experience
  • Vast experience with Line-Item delivery, Forecasting, and Ad Management
  • Understanding of the Digital Media landscape, including SSPs, Identity providers, ad block recovery, ad protection + tools, malware prevention, and other critical adtech
  • Ability to manage and optimize Media Tradecraft’s proprietary ad partnerships and technology, including Prebid, TAM, and OB
  • History of driving revenue + strategy across various platforms (AMP, App, Web, etc)
  • Strong data analytics skills with an ability to manage and lead our Yield Analysis
  • Ownership of all pre-launch and post-launch trafficking responsibilities and inquiries
  • Support the ad operations team by monitoring and optimizing active Programmatic Orders, and ensure all Line Items are setup correctly
  • Manage all active Orders to optimize their pacing and performance, and provide reports to clients and internal teams including Prebid, Amazon and Tagged based partners
  • Work closely with sales, operations, and client services teams on campaign execution as needed
  • Experience with Google Preferred Deals, Prebid PMP setup, and other Programmatic Deals
  • Provide the highest standard of accuracy and quality of work generating the best possible experience for internal and external customers

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Basic understanding of ad code, JavaScript, and ability reach and use Google’s Console
  • Understanding of Video Monetization and experience with various players + platforms
  • Background with Microsoft Azure or other project management tools (Trello, Jira, etc)
  • Prior work with Klipfolio, Google Data Studios, or other data visualization tools
