The Brooklyn brand has become a global one. But local pride is good for the soul. Let’s honor it.
After two years of reporting on tech, entrepreneurship and access circles in Brooklyn, we wanted to highlight the best we know and see what the community thinks. So we’re announcing today our first-ever Brooklyn Innovation Awards.
This is no stuffy awards banquet for the usual suspects. This is a set of leaders worthy of being honored, as chosen by key members of the Technical.ly team. Now, you’ll do the rest by voting online. Who deserves the nod in a dozen categories? Voting will run until Wednesday, Dec. 23, 2015.
Vote now
Vote above, but here are the nominees for your perusal. For now, there’s no plan for a proper gathering of these brilliant people. The plan is just to honor here the people who have done the most good work in 2015, but let us know if you think we should be coming together IRL.
