Amplify Philly’s tagline is “Turning up the Volume on Good Ideas” and, as the date for South by Southwest (SXSW) 2017 nears, the organization is using some cash to crank up that knob.
Philly-based startups aching to go to the Austin expo can apply for one of 10 grants worth $1,700 to help out with travel expenses for exhibitors.
This financial backing was made possible by sponsors like Comcast, Independence Blue Cross, Ben Franklin Technology Partners and Guru, among others.
