Yair Flicker is taking over our Snapchat on Sept. 29

Yeah, yeah, it’s about time … we know.

At Technically Media (which now includes both Technical.ly and Generocity) we’re all about making communities better and showing off the great work that is happening. So, when it came to deciding how we could make Snapchat a valuable tool for us, having a clear community connection was obvious.
There are so many different people we report on. Different goals, talents, accomplishments, backgrounds, etc. What does an average day look like for these community members?
That’s what the @technicallym Snapchat account will aim to share.
With Baltimore Innovation Week 2016 presented by 14 West happening in a few weeks (Sept. 23-Oct. 1, grab a magazine), it made sense that the first Baltimore-based takeover would coincide with the many things that will be happening in the area.
Join Yair Flicker, president of SmartLogic, on Thursday, Sept. 29 as he hangs at the #BIW16 Business Conference in the morning and attends Beta City in the evening. If you know Yair, he’s most likely already sending you snaps through his personal account … so you know it’s going to be good.
Before Yair’s takeover, make sure to follow along with these two upcoming takeovers:

  • Nate Nichols, founder of Palette Group, a creative agency based in Philadelphia will be the first takeover on Wednesday, Sept. 14.
  • On Wednesday, Sept. 21 follow along as Cathryn Sanderson of homelessness nonprofit Back On My Feet shares a look into her day-to-day

Think you have what it takes to take over our Snapchat?
