*Overview*:

Seeking senior-level talent with the potential to convert to full-time and grow into a Technical Lead role. This role focuses on building technical solutions for the Core Self-Funded business of the Independence Family of Companies.

*Requirements:*
* 5+ years of web development experience.
* Expertise in Angular (Version 11, upgrading to 15), .NET 6 Core, .NET MVC.
* Proficiency in Unit Testing, Entity Frameworks, REST APIs, and Web Services.
* Experience with ASP.NETMVC, SQL Server, WCF Services.
* Knowledge of HTML, JavaScript, REST APIs, SOAP, XML.
* Strong OO design, Agile experience, and problem-solving skills.
* Familiarity with design patterns and SQL.
* Cloud exposure (GCP/GKE) and healthcare insurance domain knowledge are a plus.
* Adherence to architecture and security standards.

*Responsibilities:*
* Develop and maintain .NET applications and APIs.
* Enhance features with a focus on enrollment projects.
* Implement unit testing and ensure code quality.
* Collaborate within Scrum teams and cross-functional groups.
* Participate in daily scrums and Agile ceremonies.
* Prepare to assume or step into a Technical Lead role.

*Team & Logistics:*
* Agile Scrum Team (Devs, QA, PO, CSM).
* Contract-to-Hire: 6 months with potential for full-time.
* Onsite: Tuesday-Thursday.
