And that brings me to the day’s keynote speaker. If there is anyone to meet, it is Guy Raz, whose “How I Built This” podcast with NPR has turned into one of the most listened-to shows in the country.

On Sept. 25, he’ll close out the day of workshops and conversations for company builders — the entrepreneurs, innovative business leaders and HR professionals who spend their time thinking about company culture.
