Rise of the Rest

The Rise of the Rest is the name given to an investment fund, bus tour and campaign focused on entrepreneurship outside of the San Francisco Bay Area, New York City and Boston. The campaign began in 2013. The concept has been championed by AOL founder and Revolution investor Steve Case. The term had been previously used to describe the emerging economies of fast-developing countries.
