NewSpring Capital raises $32M

It's for NewSpring Holdings, which invests in companies that make between $5 and $25 million in revenue and are looking to scale.

Radnor-based private equity firm NewSpring Capital raised $32.3 million, according to an SEC filing. It’s additional capital for NewSpring’s Holdings arm, which invests in businesses making between $5 and $25 million in revenue and that are looking to scale, said CFO Jonathan Schwartz. He declined to elaborate because NewSpring is still in the process of fundraising. NewSpring Holdings most recently invested in a New York City-based logistics company called USPack Logistics.
Via its Growth arm, NewSpring has made investments in Clutch, Ecount and Fiberlink.
