D.C.-based Lineup Management Services (LMS) announced that it’s partnering with Association Analytics (A2) to integrate its two products.

Launched in 2017, the software startup creates a B2B products designed to help organizations build better, more diverse teams. The company was born out of the National Council of Architectural Registration Boards (NCARB). LMS started as an internal project for NCARB to get more insight into the skills and demographics of its volunteers.

LMS launched its flagship product created by the council in March called lineup, an online platform for organizations who work in the assessment industry to ensure they have a diverse workforce.

This partnership is fitting: A2 is an analytics company for associations. A2 will be integrating LMS’s online platform and associated data with it’s existing platform called Acumen, a platform that organizations can use to combine data from key source systems into a cloud-based platform for self-service analytics.

The merged product will help association clients curate diverse team by assessing how different combinations of talent perform together.

“With this integration, associations can now combine data from all their systems into a single-source solution that will help them curate the best cross-functional teams possible and understand how employee and volunteer talent management practices impact key metrics, an insight not possible before,” LMS president Guillermo Ortiz de Zarate said in a statement.

LMS recently appointed its first board of directors, adding five seasoned executives with association and tech expertise. Zarate is serving on the board as a member.
