Feels good.

Hi! Youโ€™re reading the Pittsburgh edition ofย This Week in Jobsย (TWIJ), a weekly newsletter written by our team atย Technical.lyย in partnership withย InnovatePGHย and theย Pittsburgh Innovation District. Each week we put together for you a slate of news and fresh job opportunities in the โ€˜burgh. If youโ€™re not already subscribed,ย you can do so here.

This weekend, the Steelers made franchise history with the teamโ€™s first 8-0 record, beating a personal best of 7-0 set in 1978.

While the game was history-making for Pittsburgh, the win against the Iggles was far from easy. Trailing by 13 points during the game, it was the largest deficit the teamโ€™s experienced all year. The win might not have been perfect, but itโ€™s still a W.

Itโ€™s a reminder that wins wonโ€™t always come pretty, or easy, but thatโ€™s just part of the game. Next time you hesitate over sending the resume or cover letter thatโ€™s not 100%, remember that to win, you need to be playing. So go ahead and put yourself out there.
