Workers’ needs changed. So did we.

Technologists and tech-adjacent pros, you don’t want to miss our new update here at Technical.ly. You might just find your next big job opportunity because of it.

Since the early days of our company, Technical.ly has hosted a jobs board connecting our readers to tech companies hiring across the country. Workforce values have shifted tremendously since then — especially so since the start of the pandemic — and have created new needs for workers.

Our readers and clients alike have been asking us for ways to find employers and teams who share the same values. To reflect this and to help you all find your way to your next venture, our team at Technical.ly has relaunched our jobs board with more intuitive design and features.

1. Culture and values

The people and values behind a team matter to workers. Per the 2021 Job Seeker Nation Report, 86% of surveyed workers stressed that considering a company’s culture was significant when applying to a job and 37% get a sense of their culture from their jobs board or review sites.

Now, our job seekers can use our filters to connect with teams who share the same values, such as DE&I commitments, a diverse leadership team and parental benefits.

2. Featured companies

If you ever wanted to know what the hottest companies that are hiring are, our Featured Companies list showcases some of the companies we work with via Technical.ly Talent. Check out their company culture pages to learn more about them, their benefits and their active job listings.

3. Jobs news

You’ll be among the first to know what’s happening in the tech hiring world through our new jobs news section. Highlighting jobs news from our Technical.ly reporters, you’ll be getting firsthand information about professional development, company culture and the like. You’ll learn all about best practices in workplace flexibility or can check out the winners of local enterprise awards.

Whether you’re hunting for your first job post-grad or switching career paths, our new jobs board is here to help. Don’t forget to subscribe to our This Week in Jobs newsletter while you’re at it to stay up to date on all of our new jobs postings.
