There’s still time to join Technical.ly’s secret, members-only happy hour

If you, like us, care about the future of local journalism, we’d like to raise a glass to you — on Tuesday, March 6, to be precise.

That’s when Technically Media CEO and Bartender-in-Chief Chris Wink will be busting out his mixology skills to celebrate the launch of our membership program. It’s been about a month, and your support has been very heartening. We’ve even made it a joint effort via the Philadelphia Independent Media Coalition.

Now we’d just like to say thanks.

If you’ve already voted with your dollars in favor of a robust network of independent media outlets in Philadelphia, then you’re all set.

If you truly believe that amplifying the voices of niche communities across our city is important but you haven’t yet been able to make your pledge of support, well, now is the time.

If you join by Monday, March 5 at 5 p.m., you’ll be sent an invitation to the members-only happy hour on March 6. Then we can talk about how local media can serve you better — over a cocktail, of course.
