Events are sparse on Memorial Day weekend, but there are plenty of opportunities during the week to connect with Baltimore’s tech community. Bootstrappers, maker educators and Drupal users all get their own spaces. Hit Refresh Baltimore for an inspirational talk about how robotics are changing the game for people with disabilities.

Baltimore Bootstrappers Breakfast
The third Tuesday meetup gathers entrepreneurs to share challenges in a morning moderated discussion. The name isn’t just a hook: the breakfast is designed specifically for founders who are bootstrapping a startup.

Maryland Maker Education Community Meetup
Described by Matt Barinholtz as “speed-dating” for maker educators, this meetup brings together people who are passionate about new tech, and gets them talking to each other.
