The company is looking for an experienced backend software engineer to collaborate with the government and other contractors to invent, implement, and deploy new systems and make improvements to existing systems. This person will have experience working on web-based systems, have knowledge of engineering fundamentals and architecture, with expertise in development and programming.
Nava is also looking for an infrastructure engineer who will work with fellow infrastructure engineers to build and maintain the company’s production infrastructure to ensure ongoing reliability while maximizing development team efficiency. This candidate should have previous experience maintaining a medium or larger scale production system, have an understanding of networks and with good written and verbal communication skills.

The growing startup is looking for a UX/UI designer to serve as the only full-time designer in charge of the entire design cycle. This role will create the experience Hatch’s customers interact with every day, conceptualize data management and analytics, build creative tools for engagement and more.
Hatch is also looking for a content strategist who will create, edit, and advise on content needed throughout the organization, including web and print material, speaking engagements, emails, and other important mediums. Bonus points for candidates with experience with WordPress and/or HubSpot.
Industry Dive is looking for a Scrum Master.
D.C.-based digital media company Industry Dive is looking for a scrum master to join its engineering team to help build its main products: a series of mobile-optimized, consumer-facing news sites with an internal content management system. This candidate should have experience playing the Scrum Master role for at least one year for a software development team. Python, Django, SASS knowledge, Scrum master certification and previous experience as a team lead are a plus. Mindspace is hiring a sales manager.
This D.C.–based coworking space is looking for a sales manager to join its team. Mindspace, situated on K Street, is looking to fill the full-time position based in D.C. that will report directly to the senior community manager and be responsible to prospect for new accounts via strategic inside and outside sales activity. This candidate should have a four-year college degree, two to five years of sales experience and strong verbal and written communication skills.

GoCanvas, a Reston, Va.–based tech company which provides mobile apps and forms for data collection and sharing, is hiring for a senior UX designer to collaborate with a team to understand users inside and out, develop engineering-ready specifications and more. This employee will play an important role in the quarterly product roadmapping process, to ensure the company’s development plans are aligned with its customer needs. Candidates should have six plus years of experience as a UX designer, three plus years working on functional interactive software applications and experience working in an agile/lean software development environment.

Cvent, the Tysons Corner, Va.–based event management platform, is looking to hire an assistant team lead/ senior associate in sales operations for its event cloud team who will evolve the company’s Salesforce business processes, reporting and data hygiene, manage territory and portfolio changes, support quoting and contracting processes and more. Candidates should have 2-5 years of experience in sales operations, sales, customer support, or other process-oriented role and be comfortable working with and presenting to more senior staff and leadership, including building consensus and navigating disagreement.
