27 Baltimore companies make first cut in 2015 InvestMaryland Challenge

Semifinalists were named this week for the 2015 InvestMaryland Challenge. The competition, which is run by the state’s Department of Business and Economic Development, awards $100,000 grants to startups and early-stage companies in four categories.
Baltimore companies are well represented among the 46 semifinalists. Here are the local firms who made the first cut:
