Coworking isn’t just a big-city trend anymore. Across Maryland, shared office spaces are everywhere from historic downtowns to suburban corridors.

This year, we’ve expanded our coworking guide to cover the entire state for the first time. That means you’ll find options not only in Baltimore but also in Western Maryland, the DC suburbs and even on the Eastern Shore. While most spaces are still concentrated around Baltimore, Frederick has built a strong slate of its own. Some locations cater to creatives or nonprofits, while others emphasize networking, events and business resources.

Below, you’ll find a breakdown of the types of memberships and offices available, plus a map to help you pinpoint a spot near you. Keep scrolling for all the details on the 80+ coworking spaces across Maryland.
