Wodify, dreamed up by Ameet Shah, Conigent CEO and crossfit athlete himself, is built for crossfit gyms, or “boxes.” It may eventually be available for personal use, says Shah through a spokeswoman. The app records data like Crossfit benchmarks, diets and daily strength records.

More than 40 “boxes” have already started using Wodify, Shah says through a spokeswoman, including many in South Jersey and Reebok in Boston.

Shah, 39, lives in Cherry Hill, N.J.
