Track your progress with buzzy workout regimen Crossfit by using Wodify, a new app from Haddonfield tech consulting firm Conigent.
Wodify, dreamed up by Ameet Shah, Conigent CEO and crossfit athlete himself, is built for crossfit gyms, or “boxes.” It may eventually be available for personal use, says Shah through a spokeswoman. The app records data like Crossfit benchmarks, diets and daily strength records.
Check it out here.
More than 40 “boxes” have already started using Wodify, Shah says through a spokeswoman, including many in South Jersey and Reebok in Boston.
Shah, 39, lives in Cherry Hill, N.J.
