The director of the NYU Game Center made his own game and it looks impossible

It's like Scrabble, but you're not allowed to make words.

Have you ever tried to not be able to read? It’s totally impossible. And this is the premise of Antigrams, a new game from Frank Lantz, the director of the NYU Game Center.

“Move letters from the top of the stacks to fill the slots below,” reads the game’s description. “Be careful – any combination of 4 or more letters that can be arranged to form a word will bust you and add more letters to the grid.”

Lantz has been the director of the game center since 2008.

Antigrams is $0.99 in the App Store.
