‘Tis the season for holiday partys and beer on our events calendar. And good thing, because next week there isn’t much going on except for, you know, Christmas.
But before you pack it in for Santa, focus on this week where Build Guild drinks beer, Zivtech gets down and the Game Dev Meetup has a weekend chat.

Build Guild Philly December Meetup – Everyone’s favorite technology-enabled mustache enthusiasts are back with their December meetup at Triumph. And the best thing about Build Guild is that there are no lectures, panels or any sort of agenda. Just beers. Old City. Wednesday, 6 p.m.
Zivtech Party – Nothing quite goes together like kegs, the holidays and open-source content management systems. Amiright? The fine folks at Zivtech (who know Drupal better than Brian James Kirk knows beards) will be welcoming in the holidays as well as the latest version of the open source CMS. While we’re more of a WordPress gang, we think it will be a good time nonetheless. Old City. Friday, 6 p.m.
GameDev meetup – At last month’s BarCamp Philly one of the sessions was a gathering of Philadelphia game developers, and many attendees said they had never met before. Keep the momentum going with the Philadelphia Game Developer Meetup. Center City. Saturday, 1:30 p.m.

Companies: Philly Build Guild / Zivtech
