Developers working in Swift will meet next Tuesday night at the Gowanus headquarters of Genius to hear from that company’s mobile developer and to talk about the recent WWDC conference.

The event is free and open to the public, with an RSVP to the Brooklyn Swift Developers.

“As applications become more and more complicated, architecting apps to work asynchronously is key,” according to the Brooklyn Swift Developers’ Meetup page. “Thanks to inspiration from web architecture and Apple’s own NSOperation, we’ll discuss how easy it can be with Swift to keep your code logical.”

Speaking will be Genius’s Nate Kirby, who previously helped build the mobile apps for Bitly and Digg.
