Bustr, a web tool to connect private bus tours, has raised $255,000 of an offered $600,000 debt round, according to an SEC filing. Founder Matthew Kochman (@mckochman) is formerly the New York general manager of private car app Uber. The tool’s website says it launched in 2012.
VHX closed a $4.5 million equity round late in August, as we reported and confirmed by an SEC filing. This follows a $1.25 million round of debt in June of last year.
Ringly, a pre-launch startup from eBay alumnae Christina Mercando, raised an initial $1 million round, according to SEC filings.
LessonFace.com, a site that hosts online music lessons, secured $89,000 in an initial equity round, according to an SEC filing.
