The Brooklyn Chamber of Commerce is hosting another Meet-the-Maker event, featuring folks from Honeybee Robotics, Poursteady and Danielle Trofe Lighting of mushroom lampshade fame.

Onward, Brooklyn manufacturing movement.
The Brooklyn Chamber of Commerce is holding the latest panel in its Meet-the-Maker event series tomorrow night, and it boasts a solid lineup.
Three of the panelists come from companies we’ve noted in the past: Honeybee Robotics, one of the first tenants of the Navy Yard’s New Lab; Poursteady, whose coffee-pouring robots we saw last year at NYCEDC Next Top Makers and Danielle Trofe Lighting, whose mushroom lampshades we checked out at Industry City last month. There will also be representatives from Z-Studios, a metal fabrication shop in Bushwick, and Riva Precision Manufacturing, a jewelry manufacturer in Sunset Park.
The panel will take place from 6 p.m. to 8 pm tomorrow at the Brooklyn Army Terminal Annex in Sunset Park. It’s free to attend and (wooo) there will even be refreshments.
