D.C.-based Women Who Tech is offering COVID-19 Tech Grants to help fund women-led ventures that are building solutions related to the coronavirus pandemic.
Applications will be accepted until Sunday, Aug. 23, at 11:59 p.m. PST, and five finalists will be chosen to pitch to investors. Women Who Tech will be awarding a $10,000 innovation grant and a $3,000 impact grant.
The program is open to tech startups based in North America with at least woman founder. Companies must be solving health, education, employment, civic engagement or financial issues related to the pandemic. They may have been launched before or after the pandemic started to be eligible to apply.

The five finalists will receive virtual one on one professional pitch coaching and the pitches will be judged by an expert panel of venture capital and angel investors including:
- Jocelyn Lee, executive director of HearstLab UK
- Adrianna Samaniego, investor at the Female Founders Fund
- Samina Hydery, investor at American Securities
- Sandra Campos, founder of Fashion Launchpad
- Stas Sokolin, principal at Chan Zuckerberg Initiative Ventures
- Damilola Thompson, VP and associate general counsel at EchoVC Partners
- Tunde Oshinowo, associate at Blue Venture Fund
- Shannon Dwyer, investment and portfolio associate at Accion Venture Lab
