6th Street Inc., based out of the Emerging Technology Center‘s Haven Street location, has raised $1.06 million in debt, according to SEC filings. Founded in 2008, 6th Street is an e-commerce startup.
WellDoc, based in Charles North, has raised $2.15 million in equity, according to SEC filings. The health IT startup creates an app that helps doctors monitor patients’ Type II diabetes by mobile phone, and is looking to raise $20 million overall.

TechBreakfast, the monthly startup showcase that started in Baltimore and expanded nationally in 2013, now has more than 6,400 members in its Meetup group.
