The 24-year-old New York native runs an eponymous company and creates custom mobile cases for the iPhone, iPad, the Samsung Galaxy and the Samsung Note 2. Herbert, who moved to the Baltimore area in 2011 and now lives in Parkville in Baltimore County, sells his cases for $58 apiece.
According to the Baltimore Business Journal, Herbert “has relied heavily on social media to reach potential clients.” An Instagram photo eventually led Herbert a connection with Lebron James and, in turn, to creating a custom case for the two-time NBA champion player.
