Pop culture lifestyle magazine Paste compiled a list of 50 coworking spaces around the country and our beloved First State gained a mention, as The Mill was named ninth among the coworking spaces that made the cut.
The criteria? “The brightest voices are those joined together in pursuit of possibility and inclusivity,” said Paste.

Here are some other nice things Paste had to say about The Mill:
“If you’re focused on the IoT [Internet of Things] space, The Mill in Wilmington is an innovation lab that should be on your radar. This coworking space may be better described as a startup incubator for creatives moving through early stage iteration and investment rounds. We’re smitten with the old-school seating and raw wood everything.”
The space’s cofounder, Robert Herrera, was recently included in our “How I Work” series, where he told us about how much he enjoys talking to members while taking work breaks to improve his productivity and discuss new ideas.
Other coworking spaces that made the list include Washington D.C.’s WeWork Wonder Bread Factory, Baltimore’s Beehive, New York City’s The Farm and Lancaster’s Candy Factory.
