The inaugural Delaware Entrepreneurial Summit takes place July 12 at the Doubletree Hilton Wilmington on Concord Pike.

A collaboration between the Emerging Enterprise Center and the Small Business Development Center, with sponsors including Comcast, 1313 Innovation and DelawareBio, the Summit aims to accelerate the business growth of Delaware entrepreneurs with workshops that connect founders to resources and help them overcome the challenges that can hold small businesses back.

Attendees can choose either a technology/science track or a general entrepreneurship track.

The full-day event will run from 8 a.m. to 6 p.m. and will also feature keynote speaker Chuck Nunan of Harvest Ridge Winery, a resources tabletop expo, an awards ceremony and a happy hour.

Registration is $80 for New Castle County Chamber of Commerce members, $95 for nonmembers, $50 for Chamber Ambassadors and $50 for students with a valid university email address.
