Get your phone out of the bedroom, Penn and Villanova researchers say. It’s getting in the way of a good night’s sleep.
A recent Villanova study found that students often send gibberish texts in their sleep or while half-conscious, Newsworks reported.
“They hear it, they respond to it, they answer it, whether they are awake or not,” the researcher said. “This is an age group that has a well-earned reputation for not getting good sleep, and if they are texting in their sleep, they are not getting quality sleep.”
