Watch developer Savannah Carr propose to Cipher Prime cofounder Will Stallwood under the flashing lights at Fishtown’s El Bar. It will make you awwww.

*The title was a wink at the two spreads Philly Weekly did: Hipster Hunks and Hipster Honeys, where Stallwood and Carr were featured. (Stallwood’s cofounder Dain Saint was also featured, as was Curalate designer Melissa Morris Ivone and Generocity’s own Mo Manklang.)
