Revolution, the D.C.-based investment firm led by Steve Case, announced on Wednesday that it has brought on Tracy Van Grack as senior vice president of communications and public policy.
Van Grack comes to Revolution via the Brunswick Group, a communications firm, where she worked with corporate reputation, public affairs and crisis management, all within the tech field. “Senior executives at some of the world’s largest technology companies have relied upon her advice,” a press release declares.
“As we continue to expand our Growth and Ventures teams, grow our Rise of the Rest program, and explore new ways to promote entrepreneurship in the United States and around the world, we are thrilled to add someone of Tracy’s talents and track record to our organization,” Case said in a statement.
Van Grack is joining a growing team at Revolution. Most recently the firm brought on Anna Kohanski Mason as director of investments for Rise of the Rest. Revolution also recently raised its third Revolution Growth fund, bringing in a total of $525 million in “speed-up” capital.
