RedOwl Analytics is looking global with a pair of new hires.
The Federal Hill-based cybersecurity company hired Paul Oshan as head of global sales, and Peter Heim as Vice President for Europe, the Middle East and Africa. Both have more than 20 years experience in sales. Oshan formerly worked at Netskope, while Heim most recently worked for Dell Secureworks.
The hires follow the company’s $17 million Series B, which was led by the Blackstone Group after the company used RedOwl’s insider threat protection software. Around the time the Series B closed, COO Brian White said the company was looking to add employees, and scale up in 2016.
“Peter’s previous experience in EMEA will help us meet the demands of compliance and security teams looking for a solution to help them stay ahead of insider risk,” he said in a statement.
In addition to its headquarters at 1111 Light St., RedOwl already has an established office in London, as well as New York and San Francisco.
