The June edition of monthly startup demo series Philly Tech Breakfast brought three Baltimore-area startups and two Philly startups to Drexel University‘s Creese Student Center.
The startups included:
- Graphene Frontiers, a graphene manufacturer based in the University City Science Center. Find more of our coverage on the company here.
- Osmosis, an app to help medical students better retain knowledge. A DreamIt Health startup based at Venturef0rth, Osmosis is in pre-launch mode. Cofounder Shiv Gaglani has also worked on the Smartphone Physical, an app that lets you give yourself an electrocardiogram and other medical tests.
- Event Catalyst, a web-based event software based in Rockville, Md.
- Opia Talk, a Baltimore startup that aims help its clients increase online sales.
- SurveySnap, a Columbia, Md. startup that has software that “digitizes the layout of a building’s interior from the photos a user takes of the building’s inside,” according to our sister site Technically Baltimore. Find more of Technically Baltimore’s coverage here.
