Raviv, who lives in Fair Lawn, N.J., and also cofounded the NY Enterprise Tech Meetup, had been wanting to expand his meetup group to other cities and felt like Philly was an untapped market for cybersecurity events.
He said his New York meetup typically gets about 200 signups. He plans to hold the Philly events quarterly or more frequently if there’s more interest.
