For some people, networking is second nature. For the rest of us, it’s a challenge. Some would call it a nightmare, even.

But it’s something you have to do. Instead of dreading every networking mixer, pick up some new skills at the DelawareBio “Networking for Success” seminar for current job seekers, postdocs and graduate students.
Held at the Delaware Biotechnology Institute in Newark on Sept. 28, the two-hour seminar, hosted by Kevin Cameron of Exclusive Search Connections, will show you how to prepare for a network event, sharpen communication skills and follow up after making a connection.
The event is $20 for job seekers and free for a limited number of postdocs and grad students. Deadline for registration is Sept. 22.
