Navigate, a Wayne-based consulting firm working with healthcare, energy and life sciences companies, ditched its old 4,000-square-foot headquarters for a nearby Main Line hub twice its size.
Currently at 60 staffers, the company launched a Center City office in 2016, at a 2,200-square-foot spot at 1650 Arch St., with most employees working from the new Wayne location.
At the new headquarters, the company set up a Design Lab: a creative workshop of sorts where the design-thinking process can take place. With mobile furniture and whiteboards, Navigate hopes to spur “informal, messy, interactive collaboration” with clients there.
“We want to continue to build the firm where we have our roots, here in Greater Philadelphia,” said Navigate Founder and Managing Partner Robert Kathol. “We know our greatest assets are our people and the special culture we’ve created, which enable us to provide unparalleled service to our clients. We’re excited to share this new space, which we purposely designed with their input to be a comfortable and motivating space to work.”
The office has a dedicated space for nursing mothers and a shared gym.
