Looking to get your foot in the door at a tech company? Well, you’re in luck. Wilmington’s IT sherpa, MySherpa, is looking for a hand with some operational procedures. The best part? This position is part time, so you can still focus on your other projects while getting a little bit of experience in the tech world with a firm that’s active in the local tech scene and a past Delaware Innovation Awards nominee.
The newly created position, leads researcher sherpa, will rely heavily on research skills as the person will be generating new business leads, according to founder Greg Gurev. (Yep, that’s leads researcher sherpa, in the company’s parlance. Like Gurev told us back in 2015: “Internally, we view ourselves as sherpas. Sherpa engineer, sherpa president, that’s the culture we want to establish.”) The position will be housed under the marketing department.
Why was this new position created? Well, Gurev saw a need to finding new ways to drum up new business to support the growth of the IT firm.
MySherpa operations run on a Microsoft Office suite, so comfort with that family of software is important.
Does this sound like a good deal? You can get in touch with MySherpa here to apply.
