Drone footage of a polar bear plunge in Spokane, Wash., last year got a local paper in trouble for running afoul of FAA rules. (The federal agency argued it was unlicensed commercial usage.) This video was shot by YouTube user “EMJ SPORTFISHING,” which is also behind drone videos of Cape Henlopen State Park and the Indian River Inlet.
