Startups, grad students, postdocs and professionals interested in the life sciences, take note: DelawareBio will be hosting a special Delaware Innovation Week BioBreakfast about investment trends and funding opportunities available for life-sciences startups in Delaware.
Scheduled presenters include:

  • Trevor Brown, founder of DEact Medical Solutions
  • SmartInvest Ventures, the firm behind the Spark Challenge
  • Delaware Manufacturing Extension Program (DEMEP)

Delaware BioBreakfast is a bimonthly event for the life sciences community, regularly held at the Delaware Biotechnology Institute in Newark. For #DIW17, it will be held from 7:20 to 9:00 a.m. on Nov. 7 at AstraZeneca, 1800 Concord Pike, in Wilmington.
Registration is free for members, $50 for nonmembers and $25 for those in transition.
