Experimenting with ways to expand its reach, the Johns Hopkins University is dabbling more and more with livestreaming.
The effort, which is being led by former Baltimore Sun journalist and now Hopkins audience engagement manager Gus Sentementes, has already led to live videos of the university’s first TEDx event as well as “a Peabody Symphony Orchestra concert conducted by Leon Fleisher, and an interview with Fleisher, the renowned pianist and Peabody faculty member,” according to the HUB.
