It’s a good week for Jen Spofford: The vice president of client service for The Archer Group has been promoted to chief client officer and partner.
Since she joined the Wilmington interactive marketing firm in 2009, the company has almost doubled and has expanded its responsibilities with a number of Fortune 1000 clients. Archer won the Delaware Innovation Week 2015 award for Design/Dev Firm of the Year.
Archer CEO Michael Derins said Spofford’s technical expertise has been a big factor in her success.
“Her fluency in all aspects of our business gives her credibility in any conversation and earns the trust of the people who count on Archer to fulfill increasingly complex digital marketing demands,” Derins said in a release.
Archer executive Todd Miller said Spofford has also been key in client retention rates.
Spofford, a native Delawarean, said in a release that she’s excited about the new role. “I love what I do, and I love where I do it.”
