iPipeline, an Exton-based insurance software firm, will open a Center City office in hopes of attracting talent, the Philadelphia Inquirer reported.
The company follows suburban tech firms Bentley Systems, Fiberlink, SevOneand First Round Capital in opening (or relocating to, in First Round Capital’s case) an office in Philadelphia proper.
iPipeline’s office will be at 1818 Market Street and start out with 12 employees, the Inquirer reported. It employs 390 across the U.S. and in the U.K., Canada and Japan.
The 1800 block of Market Street is turning into a bit of a tech corridor, with Adminovate, another insurance software firm, in the same 1818 Market Street building and PeopleLinx, which does LinkedIn for businesses, at 1835 Market Street.
