The Insight Community, a new shared office space for startups, is coming to Towson

The creators are looking to build a “healthy synergistic environment” for entrepreneurs. It's slated to open early next year.

A new shared office space is set to debut in Towson early next year.
The Insight Community, which is rather lacking in web presence at the moment, will be located in downtown Towson at 28 E. Susquehanna St., said cofounder Tony Di Fatta.
The two-floor space has about 6,000 square feet, with a mix of shared space and private offices. There is also a conference room, and the space will feature internet, a coffee bar and things for other administrative needs.
The cofounders saw the demand for such a space firsthand. As an accountant, Di Fatta works with startups and saw their desire for shared office space that doesn’t require a big leasing commitment. And so he teamed up with Mike Tich, who organizes monthly meetings for entrepreneurs to share ideas and challenges under the banner of Insight
“We’re trying to fill the needs of small businesses and startups, and create that healthy synergistic environment where they flourish,” DiFatta said.
The building is still under construction for a full rehab. Di Fatta is shooting for a Jan. 1 opening, and said there’s already interest.
“Everyday we’re showing it two to three times,” he said.
