Cornered a friend with a five-minute talk lately? Ready to take it to the stage? The organizers of Ignite Baltimore #16 are ready to listen.
The next lightning talk event will be held April 30 at the Maryland Institute College of Art. Speakers are required to present 15 slides, averaging 20 seconds each.
The topics are always wide-ranging, and that’s how participants like it. During the last edition, held during Baltimore Innovation Week 2014, speakers held forth on 3D printing, surrealism, the Red Line and LGBT history.
Creativity and insight are encouraged, but leave the branding at home. No marketing is allowed.
