It’s another example of the suburbs claiming a corner of the city-centric coworking boom. The events-heavy Walnut St. Labs opened in West Chester last fall, the Dream Factory is another offering in Phoenixville. Meanwhile, Bristol’s Business Casual Coworking shut down in less than a year.
The 3,000-square-foot HeadRoom opened with 15 members, including attorney Joseph Console, who’s one-half of law firm Abbs & Console, a social network called Carii and a design platform called Commintz. At 15 members, the space is half-full, said spokeswoman Cindi Sutera.
The space was founded by Dan Lievens, who runs a consulting firm called 3DL Business Studio. Lievens, 39, lives in Media.
