Groove just signed three new international clients. The companies, based in Hong Kong and the U.K., mark the first overseas business for the 8-year-old marketing and web dev agency.
CEO Ethan Giffin called the signings “a huge step.” The announcement comes about a month after he spoke at the PeSA Internet Conference. Held in St Kilda West, Australia, it’s a major ecommerce gathering.
Groove, which is based in offices between Little Italy and Harbor East, frequently touts its expertise with inbound marketing platform HubSpot and ecommerce platform Magento, and Giffin said the company’s established relationships with those companies helped land this business.
Here are the companies that recently became Groove clients:
- Native Union: Groove will help design and launch the Hong Kong-based luxury mobile accessory retailer’s new website.
- BushWear: Groove will manage ecommerce technology for the Scottish outdoor apparel maker.
- Smiths Group: The London technology manufacturer tapped Groove for multimedia and creative work.
