According to documents filed with the SEC, Life’s Time Capsule Services, Inc. — based in Newark, Del. — launched a new round of equity financing on Feb. 23.
The company intends to raise as much as $1,000,000 and reports having raised $80,000 thus far. The documents were filed with the SEC on March 16.
